The Brief
The first of its kind, we were tasked with the exciting challenge of creating Tanjong Beach Club’s (a popular premium beach club in Singapore) largest-ever festival.
In its 5th iteration, Tanjong Beach Club had an ambition to expand the festival’s programming from a night-only to all-day event that brought in international DJ’s as guest artists.
Solution
We designed a Miami Beach indie disco themed event that involved two stages of programming. Music transitioned from day-time funk to nu-disco beats, while fringe activities focused on family fun in the daytime such as Tie-Dye workshops and Coconut Bikini Painting that eventually transitioned to sunset Beach Body Contests and Beer Pong competitions.
A 3-phased marketing campaign was created to increase awareness about the event to new-festival goers. A post-event plan was also created to advocate a community of festival-goers.
Impact
5000+ Attendees. The highest number of attendees ever recorded for TBC’s events.
Multiple alcohol partner sponsorships and tailored on-site activations that included: A PIMM’s Hideout Area, Sailor Jerry’s Tiki Hut and Mumm’s Bottle Service and Champagne Sabrage at the VIP section.
