For fifteen years, I’ve carved a global career across Asia, Europe and the Gulf, on both sides of the table — consultant and client — helping leaders navigate growth, transformation and change.
I’ve worked across organizations of varying scales: from Fortune 500 clients to homegrown brands, the public sector and start-ups in early stages of zero to one. I understand how these different ecosystems operate, and am able to move between the scale and complexity of large matrix organizations, and the pace and ambiguity of start-ups that are building the plane while flying.
I’m a partner that has the capacity to be imaginative and stretch outside the boundaries of the obvious, while staying grounded in the operational realities of the organization, the market and what it takes to deliver.

I’ve held very different seats at the strategy table — from chief of staff roles setting priorities and driving decisions from inside leadership, to strategic capability-building roles, to downstream product and category management and incubation roles that turn strategy into hands-on activation so that things get built and shipped.
I have received internal awards for both executional craft and leadership traits in the realm of “bravery” and “audacity”. My work has also previously been recognized by Cannes, Effies, Spikes and WARC, and I’ve judged marketing and creative awards across APAC.
