Nicole Tan is a brand marketer, innovator, senior strategy director, and writer.

Her portfolio is a diverse range of luxury, consumer and technology brands. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups from businesses like Audi, Amazon Web Services, Al-Futtaim Group, Coca-Cola, Cigna, Diageo, DXC Technology, Johnson & Johnson (Beauty Division), Montblanc, to name a few. Nicole’s work has shortlisted and won multiple local, regional and global awards including Cannes, Effies, Spikes and WARC. She has also judged regional marketing and creative awards shows in APAC and spoken on panels at industry events.

Growing up internationally, Nicole operates with a local-global mindset. She has lived and worked across the Asia-Pacific region, the US and now, Europe. She is originally from Singapore and is currently based in Amsterdam.

Outside of her role at Diageo as the Head of Luxury and Digital for Europe Innovation, she also advises start-ups in the consumer brands and technology spaces. When she’s not work, you’ll find her at a Lagree pilates or yoga studio, reading, on a personal art/design/retail/luxury safari (in the name of cultural research, of course) or indulging in her newfound favorite Northern European activity: hanging out and making friends in a sauna.
